Opis stanowiska:
• Active prospecting & customer collecting, building solid business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Reaching budget objectives and expected customer profitability
• Active sales of all product groups and services offered by Packaging Sector
• Preparation and introduction of new business projects, supervision over further implementation.
• Close co-operation with Sales Advisors in terms of customer service, high involvement in projects and supporting all other team members
• Respecting corporate credit policies, supervision over customers’ payments.
• Introduction and respecting of price policy
• Registration of activities within CRM systems, regular reporting to supervisor.

Wymagania:
• Sales profile with a good sense of business and Service / client relationship management in general;
• Showing a good technical understanding and felling comfortable with technical topics;
• Ability to listen to customer needs, to understand clients businesses and to offer appropriate solutions;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to convince;
• Result and target orientated, focus on KPI achievements;
• Hands on profile, enjoying to perform field work and meeting clients;
• Strategic thinking and systematic approach to a business case;
• Experiences with budget preparation, pricing and tendering;
